British Social Attitudes
Scottish Maternal and Infant Nutrition Survey
Around 50,000 pregnant women and new mothers have been invited to take part in this study. By taking part you will help the Scottish Government and the NHS find ways to better support new parents, and keep mums and babies healthy.
The Scottish Maternal and Infant Nutrition Survey (MINS) will cover a range of topics related to mothers’ diet in pregnancy and pre-conception, infant feeding and the weaning process.
Results from the survey will be used to give the Scottish Government, NHS Scotland and other healthcare professionals information about mum and baby nutrition.
MINS is a Scottish Government funded research project.
