We'd like to conduct telephone interviews with Jobcentre Plus staff and local providers who have played a key role in delivering the PSP so far.
For local providers, the telephone interview will last up to one hour, and it'll be conducted at a time that is convenient for you.
For Jobcentre Plus staff, depending on your location, the interview may be either a telephone or face to face interview, and last between 60 and 90 minutes, at a time that is convenient for you. Labour Market Programme Board have agreed that staff can take the time to participate in the research.
Your interviewer will ask you about a range of topics including your views and experiences of engaging with eligible claimants, how claimants respond to the PSP, and improvements for future delivery. If you agree to participate, you are of course still free to change your mind at any point.
What you tell us is completely confidential
This means only NatCen will know you have taken part in the research. NatCen will not pass your name or details of your organisation to anyone at the DWP.
All interviews will be recorded using a secure digital recorder and transcribed so we can accurately report what organisations have told us. In the final report we may quote what you say, but we will not include your name or anything that identifies you. All information is reported back anonymously.
The findings from the research will be made publicly available on the Gov.uk website.
We guard your privacy
We will treat the information you give us in the strictest confidence under the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (which governs data protection and privacy). The results collected are used for research purposes only. You will never receive any junk mail as a result of speaking to us. We never pass on your details to other organisations for commercial purposes.
