    The Personal Support Package (PSP) offers tailored support for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) claimants placed in the Work-Related Activity Group (WRAG) and Universal Credit claimants identified in the limited capacity to work group (LCW).

  • Why take part?

    Taking part in this study will help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to understand how the new PSP is working. Your views will be invaluable in doing this.

  • What's involved?

    We'd like to conduct telephone interviews with local providers and employers who have played a key role in delivering the PSP so far.

    The telephone interview will last up to one hour, and it'll be conducted at a time that is convenient for you.
