Research into people’s experiences of meetings in the JobCentre and support offered
If you receive Employment and Support Allowance or Universal Credit because you aren’t able to work, we would like to hear your thoughts on the meetings you may have had at the Jobcentre and any conversations you had with a work coach.
The aim of this research is to improve the quality of the support people receive when they claim benefits and understand people’s experiences of the JobCentre.
The study has been commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions. All information is confidential and there is no risk to your benefits whether or not you decide to participate, either now or in the future.
