To take part, we would like you to complete an online survey that will take around 15 minutes of your time depending on your circumstances.
The survey will ask you about your experiences buying goods and services over the past year, including any experiences that may have caused stress, cost money, or taken up time. We will also ask some questions about you, so we can understand how experiences have varied for different types of people.
You can also complete the survey over the phone if you wish. Simply phone us free on 0800 652 4569 to complete the survey directly or to make a telephone appointment – we will then call you back at a time that suits you best. Make sure you have your invitation or reminder letter to hand as you will need your access code.
