Senior IT Support Analyst

Location: Brentwood

Salary: Up to £32k (Depending on skills & experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our IT department. This role is based in Brentwood but will require some travel to our London and Edinburgh offices.

This post holder will be responsible for supporting business applications and act as an escalation point for all support requests reported to service delivery team.

Whilst the role is of a technical nature it will require a high level of support and interaction with staff and systems across the business. As a critical part of the team you will offer comprehensive, timely and accurate responses on an array of complex technical support requests ensuring the end users are kept updated throughout the process.

The main objective of this role is to provide a responsive, high quality service to the rest of the organisation to enable efficient and effective use of the technology in place. The applications in use by the organisation include both off-the-shelf solutions, and several in-house bespoke systems and interfaces.

The post holder will be required to have strong knowledge of computer hardware and software. You should be able to work independently as well as in a team and you must be detail-oriented and accurate.
