Line works primarily on the Growing Up in Scotland study – a large scale longitudinal study which tracks the lives of thousands of children and their families from the early years throughout childhood and beyond.
Line is involved in most aspects of the study, from questionnaire design, survey set up and management, through to analysis and reporting.
Before joining ScotCen in November 2014 Line worked as a Policy Intern and Assistant Policy Officer with Children in Scotland.
She has also worked as a Research Executive with a Leeds-based research agency.
Line holds a BSc and MSc in Sociology and a MA in Gender Studies.
