Camille Aznar

Camille Aznar

Senior Researcher

Health

Camille Aznar is a senior researcher in the Health team. She is adept at applying qualitative methodological approaches with a successful track record of conducting depth interviews, focus groups, logic model and deliberative workshops, and participatory research methods. Since joining Natcen in 2013, she has worked on a number of research projects and evaluations of interventions aimed at improving health and well-being outcomes. Recent work includes a mixed-methods evaluation of a health and wellbeing check for the Welsh government, and the 2016 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Survey.

She has an interest in developing methodological strategies that facilitate research participation for vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.  Her doctoral research involved in-depth research with Congolese and Cameroonian francophone respondents, members of 'hard to reach', hidden communities.
